AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COST!!! (Or it will cost YOU!)

 

Samsung DVD-907 has a manufacture defect which prevents it from playing dual-layer DVDs properly (the picture will skip, jump, flash and eventually the player will shut down). This player needs to be upgraded with new chips, which will cost up to $350...

Good audio features.

Defective manufacture and ZERO customer support.

Excellent Sound and Picture Quality. Cheap 1st Player

Dodgy remote control, not great in looks, occasional picture glitch on 2:35.1 discs.

Not a happy camper!

 

Gladly, the Samsung DVD-907 was a Christmas gift to us. If I had spent the money for it, I would be even more upset.

Check your TV connectors first!!

 

We purchased our Samsung DVD-907 one year ago. We have very much enjoyed our DVD's over VHS. The only advantage I still see to VHS is the recordablity. That will change as technology advances.

DVD is wonderful

Does not hook to older TV's without adaptor
