I purchased this griddle 9 months ago. Even when I do not use the Hot Zone function, that side of the griddle gets much hotter. Heat is not evenly distributed and I am only able to use one side. In spite of this, I still use the griddle 2 or 3 times a...

Couldn't live without it

 

This griddle is just what is needed when cooking for a large group of people. You can cook large quantities of foods with even heat distribution quickly and minimal cleanup.
