Works but...

 

I didn't get this version, I got the one for just the american adapter from neweggflash, but this has all the same specs of the one I have so I assume it is the same.

It works as intended, can charge 4 devices at once

Emits a high pitch noise that will most likely not be heard by anyone over 20, but it makes it impossible for me to use this without going crazy

Nice concept

Won't charge iPhone 5 and Galaxy Note even if either was the only device on the charger. I guess it can't provide the promised two amps. Maybe not even one amp

We recently traveled through europe, and east and north africa. I can not express how useful this little device was. I ended up giving one to a local in Tanzania and he loved it. I appreciate the fact that I did not need to carry multipule chargers for...

the only complaint I have is I had hoped it would put out enough amperage to charge the PS Vita I was caring with me. Even when plugged in alone it would not. Just not enough amperage

It Works!

 

I purchased this item instead of multiple Apple USB power adapters and was able to set up a charging station for multiple devices. Given that each Apple power adapter is about $30, I would have paid about $120 for them, when this one device cost only...

Inexpensive, allows for multiple devices to be charged at the same time

DOA

 

Newegg issued me an RMA but it will cost more than half what I paid to ship it back. Why can't they just send me a replacement USA plug?

Second of these units I've purchased. First one worked well all over Europe, but

This one arrived with a defective USA plug (I swapped out the USA plug from my first unit and confirmed that it worked otherwise). Since most of my use is in the USA the unit is effectively useless

not 2 Amp as it's described

 

I have 3 of these chargers and none of them can charge my BlackBerry PlayBook which only needs 1.8A (that is the rated current on the OEM charger). Also, very often, when I plug my BlackBerry Torch into any of the 3 chargers I have, I need to unplug...

4 USB ports to charge devices that need small current

none of the 3 chargers that I own are able to give 2 amperes
