Emits a high pitch noise that will most likely not be heard by anyone over 20, but it makes it impossible for me to use this without going crazy

the only complaint I have is I had hoped it would put out enough amperage to charge the PS Vita I was caring with me. Even when plugged in alone it would not. Just not enough amperage
