Low entry price makes this good value for money.

because it is ann entry level machine,dont expect much from it, as it is very basic. Yhe "internet" ready statement is a bit misleading and this part needs A LOT of work yet.

works well with other sony products, reads all dvds and no stutter on play back.

Reasonable price, easy to set up even for a techno-geek like me, easy to use, great for the kids. Can't remember how I did without it.
