Amazing quality of sound coming from these small speakers. Have them hooked up to a portable projector unit and they can fill a room with sound

Noise distortion at high volumes but what do you expect from such a small speaker

The Picture is deceiving

 

Spent over 20 bucks on the smallest pair of speakers I have owned ha but the sound quality is very good so Im am happy overall...its still a great buy for portable speakers

The speakers sound great for how small they are and since they are powered by the laptop they are legit portable

The size of the speakers was super surprising the picture makes them look a lot bigger then what they really are

Beware of HP Support

 

Buy through a good reseller, HP customer service is very poor and not worth the hassle for $20 speakers.

Great little speakers while they worked, approx. 3 months

Power connect point on speaker is week and causes interference and failed with normal use

These are worth the money if you are looking for small, highly portable speakers that produce sound that can fill a room. One other note: the speakers connect via modular headphone jack connectors which is uncommon. Most speakers have the wires hard...

Tiny speakers, great sound. You will not get the deep, rich bass from these that you would from much larger or more expensive speakers, but the sound you get is pretty impressive. I use them on my desk at work and like them because of they don't take...

The addition of a tone and volume control on the unit would have been nice. But I just control the volume on my PC so it's not much of an issue

Five eggs is not enough!

 

possibly the single best purchase, value per dollar, i've ever made, and i got a 1200 dollar samsung lcd tv for 600 1 month used, a 300 dollar xbox for 150 in mint condition...'nuff said, stop thinking about them and buy them!

1) dirt cheap, 2) tiny, 3) usb powered, 4) comes with a convenient carrying case, 5) good lows, bob marley, nas, jay-z, youre not gonna feel your bones rattle from the bass, but nothing tinny about how these things sound, at all

I would condone corporal punishment for any person who so much as put one con on this product, 50-100 lashes sounds about right

Very Good Speakers fo the purpose

 

These speakers are extremely well designed. They are powered via the USB port and thus sound superior to normal speakers that are not powered. The music clips that come with Windows 7sounds amazing on the little speakers. They have considerable volume...

No Cons. Just remember these speakers are for the purpose of a notebook or can even be used for a desktop for someone who does not require extensive gaming or surround sound
