it is pretty good. I got Pioneer 8 inch woofer that had 5 star ratings from newegg site last year. That was almost nothing but useless. There was Bass but hardly pleasing ; This one does the job. I have Polk monitor 60 series for front. Plan to replace...

none. size is definitely big if that is concern for you

Seems to work great.

 

Sounds good so far, but hasn't really been broken in. One issue with this unit is the size -- it's massive. You're not going to conceal this one behind a sofa that's close to a wall. I have it in a corner in a large room with a carpet covered concrete...

Give it time to break in before you make your final opinion on it. It took over 15 hours to break in and for it to get to it's peak. Now I shake and rattle everything in my room. Very tight bass. Great for Big to Medium size room.

I am satisfied with my purchase. I am not an expert on home theater systems, but this Sub works great with my Onkyo SR606 and Polk speakers.
