Great product while in warranty.

 

Would recommend if you don't mind having to replace it after 3 yrs.

Excellent sound. Great price.

Amplifier in subwoofer died right after 3 yr warranty was up. $150 plus shipping if I want it replaced. Now shopping for another subwoofer.

As many have noted, Polk customer service is stellar! Ken, who I spoke to, was very helpful and up front when answering my questions. Hope this amp holds up, really want to love my Polk system......in the interim I picked up a 100w refurbed Sony sub...

Good sound in a small package, have this paired with a Yamaha RX-V467 - fills my moderate room well

Polk Audio Customer service is above average in replacing the amplifier for my subwoofer under warranty. My lows / bass has been restored as of March 19th which took 5 weeks from date of shipping out bad amp on Feb12th. It is awesome to have bass back...

If this is a known issue one would think the replacements are in stock and would be able to replace quicker. However, Polk Audio was waiting on a shipment of replacements to come in which is why it took 5 weeks to receive replacement. Rep in warranty...

2.5 Years

 

I hope Polk Audio has great customer service to resolve this issue.

This set up is fantastic while it works. All 5 of my speakers still work but my subwoofer amplifier recently went out. I guess electronics are not meant to last forever.

Amplifier in Subwoofer went out 2.5 years later. I have sent an email to Polk Audio and will call them to see what can be done about the replacement of the subwoofer and or just the amplifier board.

Great speaker set!

 

I was taking the set for a test run and blew out the front two speakers but that's more or less my fault; just be careful on the loud side especially right out of the box

Just what I was looking for

 

Bought this when I bought a new house for the core of my entertainment system. It's hooked up to a ceiling mounted projector through the HDMI out only. It is also connected to a HTPC, XBX360, Wii, N64, and a Roku. The only one with any issues is the...

The only issue I've had, and one that is completely understandable is that with the N64, some of the games are too low res to be upscaled to HDMI. This would be fixable by running another video cable to the projector, but that would require more work...
