Absolutely love this, looks really nice, easy to use and is an overall great product

Very fast with plenty of variability in speeds. Easy to clean. Came with two dough hooks, which I hadn't been expecting. Handy holder for both sets of beaters clips handily into the beater holes when not in use. Nice and neat, not too heavy to use....

At first I struggled with clicking in the beaters, and they kept falling out. Eventually, I gave them a good push and they clipped into place.

wont function on the slower speeds, goes straight to the faster speeds fiddly fitting of the blades

Easy to wipe down

I bought the chrome, which I like, and it was good value. I also like the attachment plate, which keeps the attachments together with the mixer.

I have arthritis, so would have liked it to have been a little lighter in weight. Having said that, I'm glad it's robust.
