The noise it makes! I called out an engineer and had to wait weeks for him only to be told the noise is normal!!! No it isn't as iv never heard it on any other fridge.

I love the amount of food I can fit in this and it was one of the few fridges that had adjustable shelves. I can fit 3x4pint bottles in the door or two with a 2ltr although I put the 2ltr bottles in the wine rack - keeps my son and his mates happily...

There is so much space that they could have done with supplying an extra shelf but using tupperware, I have made use of every inch when I have a party so it's not really a bad point

very quiet when motor is running lots of space inside with adjustable glass shelves makes storing things easy. really happy

being a bit picky, when swapping the door hinge to open the opposite way you practically have to lye the fridge on its back to get to the screws underneath so its a bit awkward.

Large salad box very useful. Love the wine rack.

I would have liked another egg rack.
