Temperature control in the fridge stops working and it constantly leaks water all over the floor. All our food and drinks are ruined.

Also not sure why so many negative reviews. We bought ours in 2006 and it's still going strong (now December 2014). The handle occasionally comes lose if pulled upward and it's not as quiet as it was when new, but these are both very minor concerns...

Not sure why so many negatives. It worked very well for me. Nine years and counting. No issues whatsoever. Worked perfectly well. But I do have to say that the bottle holders are brittle and crack very easily...

The product is not of merchantable quality. Customer Service is very poor. I do not recommend people to buy Samsung fridges.
