Worst company service

 

brand new purchase approx. 5 year ago. after approx. 11 months broke down within warranty, loosing freezer full of food. long story short... after authorised repairer comes out 3 times replacing several parts, still cannot fix fridge. having 5 children...

nil

service, warranty, and something samsung couldnt even identify.

Don't recommend

 

This fridge was good for just over 4 years & then the freezer started to defrost. Was told it was leaking gas. Cost to repair wasn't worth it if it was repairable, if the leak was on inside walls then was unrepairable. Will not buy another Samsung,...

Excellent

 

Very happy with the unit - it just sits there quietly and does it's job without any fuss. The frost free works particularly well.

Never given us any trouble in the 6 years we have had it. Pewter finish is brilliant especially with grimy little fingers - just doesn't show marks! Very quiet and everything works as it should without any fuss. Rolls on it's wheels very smoothly for...

Does make the odd thunk noise every now and then and the crisper drawers tend to jam over time unless they are pulled out very carefully.

Good

 

A fantastic fridge/freezer combination. So much better than a standard upright fridge/freezer combo. This is the only side by side we were able to find narrow enough to fit in our small fridge space. I would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone...

It has a huge amount of space, and it cools/freezes very quickly.

You cannot put the ice maker thing on the top shelf of the freezer because it makes your ice taste like whatever is in your vegetable drawer. The handles don't feel as solid as some other brands.
