I see there are a lot of bad reviews, but my experience with this unit has been great. Perhaps I was one of the lucky ones?

Soleus Air PH4-13R-01

 

The unit is heavy and bulky. I had to hire help to take it fedex. Cost $50.

I received package in good condition with no visible damage to outside and inside box. When I unbox the unit, I found out some scratches on the body

This unit never worked as it was not blowing any air at all. I returned the unit and got the replacement after almost 3 weeks. By that time weather on east coast became bearable and did not have chance to use the air conditioner extensively

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

 

This is the first time I have ordered a large item. I don't think I'll ever do it again. It is much better to have somewhere you can take it back if it doesn't work.

Newegg delivered promptly

Does not work. It keeps tripping the breaker built into the power cord. Called tech support phone number and waited 1.5 hrs, no one answered. Email Soleus Air, no response. Unfortunately I cannot return a "bulk item" to Newegg. DO NOT BUY ANY SOLEUS...
