Satisifed

 

The unit arrived on time, was easy to install, there are really only a hose, a tube inside the hose, filter and window kit. Within 15 minutes the unit was running ; A neighbor borrowed the unit while his AC unit was out for a day being repaired. The...

I think that a comparable BTU window unit would do a better job of cooling the room, if you could fit one. Obviously, a lot more hassle to install though and not portable

Pretty Dissapointed

 

Save your money and buy something else. Check your local hardware store for a better deal.

Lots of options when it comes to the thermostat, heat, cool, fan, etc. Remote also gives you more control

My main disappointment came with its cooling capabilities. As the other reviewer said, it really only cools the room to 80 degrees despite what the thermostat is turned to. It's also pretty loud and not as portable as I thought it would be. For $400,...

Satisfied

 

It is good to have signature verification for receiving the product from UPS. But the UPS just left the thing infront of the door.

1. It cools down my family room 20'x15' pretty fast. Although it can only bring down the temperature to average 80F, it still feel comfortable ; 2. It is really light weight and portable ; 3. Power consumption is low

The delivery time frame is fantastic. But the UPS deliverd the product to the wrong house which is one block away. Good thing that house owner kind enough to inform me
