we just got this and I must say it is just what you need this time of year, we have it in the bedroom and you can hang meat in there if you know what I mean. lots of good times now !!!!

Kenmore 8,000 BTU room Air Conditioner does the job

A couple of years ago we bought this air conditioner when it was on sale for $99. We recently sold it because we moved, but it worked great. Even though it was only for one room, because we were living in a two bedroom duplex it got most of our house...

This is a great window a/c. Its a little noisy but no more than others I've heard. I like the remote and the energy star setting which adjusts the cooling and fan powers as the room cools.

Great price, cools fast and is quiet

I installed this a month ago.  After very careful research and consideration we purchased the Kenmore 8000 btu based on price, reviews, and the performance of the name brand.  I've installed in the master bedroom, and have been unhappy ever since. ...

I bought this Kenmore 8000 BTU room air conditioner. I liked it so much a week later I ordered my second one. If I  ever  needed a third  air conditioner I would not hesitate to buy one of the same  model again. Love the energy saver feature.
