4 years of quiet operation

Disappointing - not recommended

 

twenty minutes of labour to get it working again! So beware, this product does not use vermin-proof material, so if you live in the tropics or elsewhere with lots of bush life and/or vermin, there is a good chance that your brand new air conditioner...

It works, for now.

The parts are not vermin-proof. Not recommended for tropics.

Great little unit

 

I have one of the 2.5KW units for a bedroom/study and its been a great little unit. It can cool and heat the room that I use it for without any troubles at all! and if I leave the door open it can cool the other rooms next door without too much fuss....

Quiet inside/outside, low power usage

Had a blocked drain tube and inside unit stopped cooling!? (no errors etc). Check your drain tube if you have poor AC!
