Questionable.....

Hi guys, we have had our air conditioner for 14 months and in this past week on the extremely hot 40+ days it started blowing hot air even though it was on 21 degress and cooling function! We tried everything with it, cleaned filters, checked drainage...

Its quiet!

Will not cool on hot days! (40+ degrees)

Every operation in panasonic cs-e18nkr is hidden from users

Panasonic cs-e18nkr operates and acts funny some times for example lights are blinking for no reason and you look at operating manual to find why these lights are blinking ??? you find this is secret !!! and no one tells you why this device operates...

It does work OK so far

Great disappointment.

Three service calls in the first few weeks due to noise problems. Unit made a noise when turned off with remote control, which is unacceptable in bedroom. New part installed after 3 weeks. Still makes noises during the night, clicks, gurgling noises...

Neat unit, except for flashing lights. Very quiet outside unit.

Took 10 days to arrive in capital city. Initially poor and slow warranty service from first service agent, second agent excellent
