For a heat pump unit the price is very competitive. Works great for room sizes up to 500 sq. ft. Manufactured in Walnut Canyon CA. More quiet than the popular LG units sold at HD stores.

Exhaust window insert could have been engineered a little better for single hung windows, seems to be designed with slider windows or sliding glass doors in mind. Ambient operating temperature is only up to 109F so it is not good for those hot desert...

Customer service is slow and definitely requires that you have receipt of purchase before they will consider helping you.

Heat pump works well. Less noise than other models I've dealt with.

Air conditioning ices over easily. Intake is very powerful which (a minus in my opinion) pulls air from any cracks or areas in your room not sealed tightly. Dehumidifier does not work well. Unit failed to operate (attached video) after 8 months.
