Hamilton Beach TrueAir Review

 

A compact model with relatively poor performance and no redeeming attributes to make that up

Not terribly loud

Poor air cleaning performance, high operating costs for a machine of its size

The Hamilton Beach TrueAir provides low end performance yet costs as much to operate as much better machines. Because of that, we would not recommend it.

Works like a champ

 

Really nice for the price!

It took several days to make a big difference in my studio apartment but it is 600 square feet, which is much more than this filter is rated for. I run it at 100% while I'm gone for the day and on silent mode when I'm home and after about a week the...

The high speed mode is insanely loud. I actually wondered if it would bother my neighbors at my apartment through the wall or door because you can certainly hear it

Definitely a one bedroom purifier.

Able to stand it up or lay it on its side, depending on space availability. Runs pretty quite, unless turned up high (expected). Moves a decent amount of air to be so small
