This is a poor quality product. My first one died after 3 weeks. The replacement died after 3 days. I'm exchanging it for a Kenmore. Save yourself some trouble and pass on this piece of junk.

We bought this model and within 2 weeks it just stopped working. I am now reading the reviews and see that this happens to GE products all the time. Luckily, we are still under warranty but I am going to try and get my money back and change brands.

I was happy with the microwave, until it stopped working a couple of months after the one year warranty expired. This seems to be a common problem with this model. I am very disappointed and would not purchase another GE brand microwave.
