This product is perfect for my father-in-law who is in his eighties. It's very easy to use and ideal for heating up meals in a basic way!

The writing on the microwave was harder to read than it looked from the photon on-line however Dad knows the location of the right button to use and relies on memory. Our only negative for a great microwave.

Would prefer touch controls, not available on this mid range model, but on both less expensive and on market versions.

Ease of use

Really, really easy to use (that's why I chose this model, and it totally lives up to its advertised ease of use). But there are way more features than a simple manual microwave.
