Decent little boombox

 

If you know some tricks to deal with these things, the oxidized layer won't be a problem for you, however for most, it just simply won't work IF yours comes with oxidized leads.

Does not charge.

 

Okay so, this is my second unit. I put the first one out for replacement after I hooked it up and the charging indicator wouldn't light up. Thought it was a fluke. Now, I might be an idiot or something, but I have tried every possible battery...

Is a physical device ; Can be used as a doorstop or bludgeon ; Cheaper than many other working devices you'll find

These units have an issue with the battery compartment. I bought 4 and all 4 have the same issue, where battery connectivity is intermittent ; The battery compartment cover is brittle and you will likely break it quickly while trying t get the battery...

GoGroove

 

Because of this purchase and the other smaller speakers "that don't shuffle" I now look for GoGroove when looking for quality products. Strongly recommend.

Works perfectly with usb , works when attached to my digital frame, battery last about 6 hours. Able to shuffle the songs on this

Doesn't work

 

So, the first day after reading reviews I managed to monkey with the latch so that it would charge. When charging I was able to finally make it so the thing would play from the usb and the sound was relatively decent for a small box. Now it won't even...

Usb and SD card playback. Small and looks nice. Rechargeable battery

Won't play when plugged in to power without battery contact. Battery doesn't contact when latched. Rattles when you move it to a vertical position and back

Wouldn't charge with Battery latched

 

I really thought I was getting a professional and solid portable speaker. The battery is way too small and lightweight to provide 7 hours at the rated rms. This is simple physics. So, either the 7 hours of playback is a lie or the watts of the system...
