Another DOA

 

NewEgg's customer service is second to none: had a glitch getting a replacement RMA but a chatline CSR got me hooked up with a RMA and a return-by-UPS label.

worked great when it worked but also wouldn't play sound on some of the videos and songs that i had...

worked fine when it worked....about two days

first one i ordered was DOA and wound not flash with new firmware...second was DOA and i was able to flash it and get it working..only worked for two or three days then nothing..cant flash wont boot up...have to pay 10 dollars every time i send it back

The BeyondTV FAQ's for the MediaMVP do not apply to the MediaMVP-HD. This means the skins developed for the older product do not work with this one. As a media player does not compare to the Seagate Home Theater Plus

User Beware - Product DOES NOT Work!

When I turn on the MediaMVP-HD the green light comes on solid until the MediaMVP splash screes shows up on the TV with the Hauppauge! logo. As the splash screen appears the green light begins to blink and the remote is unresponsive to any commands....

Couldn't be happier

 

I wanted a device that could hook up to my TV and play media without a computer intermediary. I hooked up this device to my TV and plugged a 1 TB USB drive into the 1340. It instantly worked perfectly. This product did everything I wanted and more....
