The earphone is DOA. After using it for a month, it stops and needs restart after playing a couple of songs. You need to reformat and reload your music. Not sure when the problem will be back again. The rebate program is a joke. It has been 4 months...

I have had this product for about two years and have never had any problems with it.

When you have it on random or shuffle mode, it takes about 2 or 3 seconds for it to get to the next song, it's very annoying. The volume button sticks out too MUCH. I was afraid it was going to get stuck when I first got it. As it turns out 3 months...
