Wireless would be nice - and yes for the price it's not unreasonable. A good cordless mouse can be had for under $30, why isn't this wireless at $100?

Would really like to see the intous' context tool switching

Pen is great, 1024 lvls of sensitivity is great. Can't beat the price

For a beginner to digital arts/comics/photography, the bamboo pen and touch is definitely a good start

Price! The bamboo pen and touch is definitely worth the price at which it is offered. I faced *some* problems getting used to it, but after a day, I find it pretty easy to use. I use MyPaint in Ubuntu 10.04 and I had no problem interfacing it

Nothing much to write here except that I would have preferred an even bigger active area. Who doesn't want more for the same price

Great entry level pen tablet

 

For the price this is a great starter tablet. It's not a professional device by any means, but it constantly delivers well beyond my expectations. If you're not ready to shell out $$$ for a higher end tablet, this is a great place to start.

1.Feels great and relatively natural in comparison to writing/drawing on paper ; 2. 512 more levels of pressure sensitivity than Bamboo Pen ; 3. Price

My only complaint with this device is the Bamboo Preference software. It does its job, but it bugs out from time to time. I've only installed it on one machine, so I'm not yet sure if it's an isolated occurrence. YMMV
