Love this machine

Received this machine as a house warming gift and it is wonderful. Within a month of purchasing it the machine started having problems but one phone call and a technician came out to the house and replaced a board completely covered under warranty....

Makes a great coffee. Easy to use and clean. Looks good.

No way to remove the base tray to allow for extra large cups (like travel mugs).

CM5100... Great Coffee

Makes a great coffee. Was reasonably priced for a high end machine, but I see it's now about $400.00 more than I paid. Makes it kind of expensive, but not as expensive as some. Very easy to use, and very intuitive. Lots of options for various types of...

It's a Miele. Well thought out and well designed. Does everything well it says it should do. It takes regular coffee beans, so it doesn't "lock you in" to proprietary capsules etc.
