Looking for a new printer that is reliable; this is not it.

For me, scanning has been fine. No issues on the wireless connectivity.

Software ineffective in maintaining and troubleshooting. Print quality not the best. But, the worst is the struggle in getting all colors to print. Seems like it loses a color all the time.

"Horrible printer. Worst printer I've ever used."

 

I've had this printer for 8 months Save your money and buy a better printer. This printer will only bring you frustration.

Nice looking. Not

Printer will not stayed connected wirelessly. might work 2-3 days then will quit working. Only way to fix is uninstall and reinstall printer. Rinse and repeat.
