Easy set-up. Prefer the ink tanks to cartridges on laser printers. Economical.

Sometimes decides not to recognise paper size. Printer heads clogged a bit too soon for my liking - but easily cleaned. Quite noisy.

Would have liked a duplex document feeder. Paying for a fax machine we're not going to use. Output sheet holder a bit flimsy.

Quality excellent, prints a superb page of text, even at standard. the ink is cheap enough that there is no need to buy anything 3rd party any more. About time I must say! ink bottles areeasily placed at the side of the machine, so easily topped up...

All functions available, including doc reader.

User software/facility could be more user friendly. Scanned area 1/8 ins smaller than the glass screen so documents cannot be simply placed against the screen edges.
