absolutely horrid to use

none so far.

Box says it comes with a installation c.d. it did not. So I searched and finally found the install info on the actual drive. I installed and tried to use, but pops ups kept on showing up saying to do one thing but the whole process would then shut...

External Drive

I have decided that I will call sales and try to get exact info on how much space of the hard drive is used for formatting before buying their product. If you read the info on MP3 players,hard drives ,and the like, most or all will say NOT ALL SPACE...

This product installs easy and does what it states, backs up your system with a push of a button. You can choose to backup part or all of your pc.

Way to many Gigs were used to format the drive. I couldn't beleave how much storage was used after backing up 2 pc's. I compressed the data and when I looked at the storage used -VS- the size of the 2 hard drives, I could not beleave that the space...

Not worth it

DELL, check your facts and update the description to state that it includes a power supply.

Nothing PORTABLE about it. It is very weighty. and you have to plug it in. What make a PORTABLE HD portable is the fact it only connects with a usb cord not a power strip. Waste of money.
