I bought the 90 GB version for a boot drive but decided to just get the 480 GB and put everything on it. Both units I received tested healthy with no issues, although the 90 GB had a newer firmware version, but is a GT and not a GS. I don't really know...
Short 30 day warranty can leave you feeling uneasy. This is why I deducted an egg.

Failed in 10 months
Backup early and often. I will never buy a recertified SSD again. The risk of total loss of data and money is just too high. You lose any replacement option after 30-days, putting you at high risk of losing both hundreds of dollars AND all of your...
While it worked, this SSD was exceptionally fast, had large storage capacity, and breathed new life into a 3yr old PC.
Unfortunately, the unit failed in just 10 months. Since I purchased a recertified SSD, I am simply out of luck (and hundreds of dollars).
