Like the name suggests, this wok gets super hot. Fantastic for a quick stir fry dinner. Because of the intense heat the meat actually seals, not braises. Easy to clean and good non stick surface, although it is only a couple of months old.

I loved this so much that I got one for my Mum and she loves it too. You can cook a meal in as little as 5-10 minutes. It gets very hot very quickly and is very easy to clean. The recipe book that's included has some great recipes too.

Nice unit when it works, however from my experience I would suggest there is an issue with the design. Word to the wise, steer clear of the EW30.
