I have used only once and it seems to do what it says.

I love the calamari, chicken wings and fried potato made by this machine. Not much oil used and food doesn't look or taste greasy. I know, this is not the healthiest food on the planet, but some time we deserve a little treatment.

Great for homemade doughnuts

I would not recommend this fryer if you plan to do your own dipping batters for frying as it sticks together in one big clump. Other than that it is great. Just plan to spend a lot of time in the freezer department to find things pre-breaded to put in it.

It cooks perfectly. Temperature stays hot and the food doesn't get greasy. Easy to drain and clean. Will be doing a lot of experimenting with this cooker since its so easy to use.
