I bought the item in February and the item works wonderfully. I just love the stove, it works like any other name brand stove. Overall do recommend this item as a A1 product.

The burner grates are made well, not thin and cheep.

Maybe the landlord is just cheap.

Buying and pick-up was easy, jusy found a little dent on the side once installed. It could be in there before I picked up. You should buy the connect gas hose (including the fittings) as it doesn't come with the range.

All i needed was a basic range--no fancy gadgets.  This model is simple and adequate.  My only disappointment was that it does not have a bottom storage drawer.
