Build is low quality. Switch is faulty so rice won't cook after a few months of very light usage. While it is inexpensive, you should save your money and buy another rice cooker

Works good and very fast, 3 cups of rice will be cooked in 15 minutes, i am very happy with this product. I will suggest others to go for it

The return is easy and customer service agreed to issue RMA without issue even though the item was sold with no return/no replacement

The rice cooker is new but has a large dent and small dent. There was no damage to the box. I guess this is the damage item shipped to the other customer here. Newegg must have checked the item before shipping to the customer

The cooker looks like it's been used. There's a noticeable scratch on the outside. I don't know if it's due to shipping or newegg actually sells used items as new. Overall, I was kind of disappointed upon receiving the delivery
