Ideal size BUT!

 

This casserole dish is an ideal size, excellent for an induction hob BUT the devil to clean! Outside is fine but the stainless steel inner marks very easily and even with a lemon skin is quite reluctant to clean up. Also the lid has to be unscrewed to...
