No grill pan handle, no external markings to indicate how to control the grill temperature, can't use bottom-but-one shelf of main oven if using fan - its the most useful shelf! Not enough oven racks included. Grilling in top oven a bit high for those...

a cook book would be useful for people making the transistion to fan ovens

Looks good, easy to use, good temp control and heats up quickly. Good oven, I'm very pleased with it.

Door gets very hot, the control buttons are a bit platsticy and the grill takes a long time to heat up to do toast because there's no half grill option, but we bought a little toaster to use instead.

As mentioned on another review the door becomes very very hot after 20 or so minutes. So much so, that I think I'll have to get a guard when our first baby is walking. This is why it's only got a 6 for design.
