bluescreen,and crashing

 

I'm on a low fixed income and can not afforded the postage. It tool me a couple of years to get this in the first place. I'm ready to go to better business....from the posts this computer design needs work.

when it ran...it ran wonderfully

But blue screening and crashing was a regular thing. There was a issue with the timing of information from one core to another. The person responding to my mail didn't know anything.The company had my computer for over 5 weeks and didn't know what was...

Not Happy

 

I am done with CYBERPOWER. I have voided my warrenty and took the machine to my local PC Tech who found issues in the cooling system that explained why the machine failed in the first place. The Mobo and Cpu has fried. Customer service is ridiculous!....

WAS a fast machine

Read my earlier review: This machine has died again for the second time in just six mths. I had to pay $108 in shipping last time to have the machine repaired and now they are telling me that I must pay shipping again ; NOT HAPPENING

Dead PC

 

I am contacting customer care and I will keep you updated on how they resolve this issue.

Very Fast Machine

Was very impressed with the machine until this evening when it just died without any warning, and will not restart ; Had the machine for less than 2 months and not pleased to say the least

CyberPower

 

Overall i was very skeptical of cyberpower i still do not recommend this company if you are not familiar with basic computer problems. But i have a great gaming pc and a good price with really clean wiring what more could i ask for.

Shipping was good I am not sure why so many people have had shipping issues with cyberpower but i recieved mine with not a scratch on the box. This may be because i live about 3 hours from there warehouse. I have had a great time with this pc so far....

I have had only one issue with this pc after about a month now. It has frozen maybe 3 times everytime watching video i assume it just would need a fresh windows install to fix the issue but since it has been so infrequent and the boot up time is so low...
