Good configuration, particularly for the price - extra memory and a slightly larger drive would have been nice, but would have driven the price up higher. Opening the case and adding in extra memory is extremely easy. Windows 7 runs well on this...

Build quality is lower than I am used to from Dell. Things tend to rattle and buzz more than I like. There was no obvious documentation on how to open / close the DVD tray and it was only via experimentation that I found the right place to press.

My requirements are fairly basic and thus far it has proved both adequate and simple to set up and use.

Easy and Quick to set up. No long instructions. Great bit of software overall. Easy to connect to internet.

Didnt explain where the disk drive or usb ports were.

As it says "Plug and Play". All very easy to set up and get started. Very pleased overall with the software bundle.

Good budget price machine. Machine is light for tower case and functional. reasonably easy to set up, read short setup guide.

Dell could do alot better on software bundle. alot of adverts to upgrade!

Very good hardware specification for the price.

Not sure if this was down to the Dell computer or Microsoft. I am a techy person and although initial setting up was easy a problem occured when it tried to update Windows. It hung up on the screen telling you that it was updating and not to switch it...
