For the cost 5 stars--4 stars only because not perfect but for the price is perfect

OFFICE 2103 Won't Work

 

This is a great machine once you get Windows out of the way. Fast and a great value! It is really nice having an all in one desktop..

The Microsoft Office 2013 code on the rear of the machine is not valid and as a result the installed programs cannot be activated.

What I've learned about newegg is this. When the manufacturer says it comes with this or that, it's not newegg's fault but the manufacturers. The manufacturer makes mistakes way more than newegg. All they [Newegg] will do is copy what is given to them....

Good price & reliable. Even with a Celeron Processor, new technology has turned the Celeron budget line into a much better processor. It also makes for a nice backup system. Somehow HP has always been able to keep the AIO prices under $275 which is...

Non really, other than I've had better extended warranties from Dell. The only other con I can think of is since you no longer get windows disc's, it would be nice if companies like ACRONIS would build a cloning app for windows 8, 8 pro & 8.1 but this...
