They shipped mine all the was to Iraq and it arrive in perfect condition.

It does everything it's supposed to

It isn't copmpatible with my InfrantReadyNAS NV

Broke out of the box - 2nd unit

 

I received my replacement from NewEgg. This unit actually works. Still giving it a VERY POOR rating, as the side of this unit was dented very badly. Doesn't hinder operation, but it says something about the quality of these units that I can't get one...

I bought one of these units for a customer of mine. The software that interfaced with the PC didn't work, downloaded a different versio, seem to work only every time the power went out so did their server. Customer Service is the worst I have ever...
