A good little machine

 

If you plan to install two SATA drives, make sure you install the included RAID drivers (regardless of whether you plan to use RAID). I initially skipped the RAID drivers, and this oversight was the cause of horrible throughput on my second SATA drive....

This is my second Shuttle machine, so I'm familiar with the process of setting one up. Given that, it went smoothly and the system runs well with XP Pro, 3GHz P4 and 1GB Corsair RAM

It's quiet, but not as quiet as I would prefer. I haven't gotten around to trying to do anything about it yet
