Return policy sucks!

 

I bought Velocity Micro Z5 in Jan 2009 Return policy: Velocity micro charged me 15% restocking fee to return a defective system, about $222. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and sent a complaint to the Virginia State's Attorney General...

None

System did not work ; 1) Video card did not function ; 2) On-board network interface failed on second day

So far, so good!

 

The mother board is a 630i mATX, PCI-E, DDR2. The video card has hd, dvi, hdcp I think that is all the info that wasn't included in the description.

I ordered this computer yesterday about noon and received it early this afternoon! That is some fast shipping ; So far this has been a great experience... ordering from newegg and this velocity micro computer. Everything turned on and worked from the...

Not really cons... just some little downers. The keyboard, mouse and computer window are shiny and nice, but they are already attracting dust. Also some of the keys on the keyboard need a little more pressure to register ; Another bummer is the memory...
