Be sure to get the return envelopes with your namd and Id to send the cartrides back, otherwise they do NOT seem to register. Nice to get a free cartridge.

very easy install

Cartridges are pricey and have a VERY short life. DO NOT expect 2000 pages out of high yield cartridges. Very fine print tells you for 5% page usage. Even at that they do not last near that long.

Cost TOO Much, but I have not compared it to the price of other color laser printers

The toner does not last near as long as it is reported to. It is very expensive, especially when you have to replace the toner everytime you turn around.
