nice design easy to operate great steam

bit heavier than my last iron sometimes hard to hold the ionic button and iron for long periods

It works very well, Quite heavy but irons very well without much effort. Ironing time now down to half the previous time.

NO negatives really.

The only bad point I can think of is that I keep accidently pressing the button on the underside of the handle then the iron beeps at me. My last Philip Azur iron which I had for 10 years didn't have this function.

Quite expensive, i've never owned a cheap iron though so cant really comment if its a case if you get what you pay for!

Very heavy and feature button on inside of handle is in an awkward place so you tend to press it by accident every time you pick the iron up!

Very heavy and not easy to use as the sole plate is not shiny. I have to iron with my ironing board lower and this has a bad effect on my back.
