Good brush gives a thorough clean. I have sensitive gums and find the soft one very gentle.

I would say this toothbrush is a acquired taste. The slight wider handle is fine for me but I have a friend who found it "bulky" and it might not fit your toothbrush holder. Teeth feel clean and it lasts a good while for a the price
