Quality of the picture was not as good as Samsung or Viewsonic models that I've had in the past. I use it both as a TV and as a computer monitor. In the computer monitor input mode, it does not have an option to adjust the screen to 4:3 aspect ratio...

Unbelieveably terrible service

 

I should have returned the screen immediately. She did not want to have to wait for the process. Ultimately, when she told me the side of the screen was black, I assumed she was watching a 4:3 show on a 16:9 monitor.

The only TV size that is a suitable picture size replacement for a 27" 4:3 tv

Bought tv for 94 year old grandmother. This size is the only size that would fit her furniture that originally held a 27" tube. Unit arrived with a spot of backlight showing in the picture. She is 94 and kept it instead of going without for a return....

I received my repacement form NewEgg SO Fast it was hard to believe!! The Product is PERFECT! I use it as a PC Monitor (DVI-HDMI). 1920x1200 is great with HDCP games and my PCIe Tuner card

Check this one out!

 

This TV has a better picture than the LED models I was considering. The speakers are much better than most. My Hannspree arrived on the day promised, in excellent condition. Quick easy set-up. Very pleased overall. I'm using this as a TV in my bedroom....
