Wonderful service by Alex who installed the Toshiba I chose nly to find it a poor TV despite your totally misleading review. No problem o take it away and bring a Panasonic in its place a few days later

We have had this TV for a couple of weeks and are very satisfied. The sound is clear, which is particularly important for speech. (We exchanged it for a different make which gave us muffled speech. It was worth the extra price.
