I purchased the Sanyo 27" set (model DS27800) from my local Wal-mart. What a bargain at $279 for the long list of options the TV contained including PIP, simulated surround sound, V-Chip, on-screen menu, S-Video connection, etc. and the manufacturer...

Options(PIP, surround, V-Chip, S-video Input, etc.), low price

I recently purchased a 27 inch Sanyo TV with picture-in-picture. I bought it from Wal-Mart. On the shelf it looked great. In fact, the only TV with a picture that looked better was one by Panasonic. But this one beat out the RCA and Philips Magnavox...

Sanyo 27": Excellent buy for your money!

 

All more popular brand TV's are much more expensive than this TV, but the quality is the same. We really did our studying before we made the final decision. Although we missed the easy access of the front a/v ports we found the picture quality...

PIP, Stereo, 2 A/V jacks, S-video, V-chip, menu on tv in case you lose remote

Great TV Even Though It's Not A Sony....

 

I bought this TV thinking it said Sony, not Sanyo. What is Sanyo, anyway? It sounds like some type of bean that they use to make fake hamburgers!

Great Picture, decent price
