operating software slow and very basic. cannot get ITV player , 4demand and 5 player will not load flash player

There is nothing that I wouldn't expect!

Total lack of information as to how to 'fly' it, yes it's that complicated, compared with our LG. Only the DVD/CD player caused the purchase!!!

It is the only Smart TV larger than 32" which has a built in DVD.
