I bought this for the bedroom because it was a very inexpensive TV with a great picture, and it serves its purpose perfectly. Buy some speakers, and maybe a better remote, and you'll be okay.

Excellent picture, issue with sound

 

Most folks won't care about the audio problem I have, and for this price, stereo-only is not so bad. I have full-size speakers, so I get plenty of "rumble" with the explosions, anyway, and surround sound is a little bit of a gimmick, so what the heck?

Excellent picture for the price with impressive options for adjusting. Plenty of HDMI inputs (3, not 2 as someone noted... look on the side for the 3rd)

Remote works if you point it directly at the "eye" only. Biggest problem is the picture delay. The video is delayed some due to the processing. So if you have the sound coming out of the source directly into your surround sound amp, the sound comes out...

Would go bigger if I could...

 

I downsized from a 62 inch and missed the larger screen, but I raised the TV a little higher and I'm happier now...

Wonderful picture...GREAT price... I now own 4 Toshiba HDTV's 26 & 32 w/DVD, 37 & now 55 and have NO problems(still added extended warranties for them) I have mine sitting on the base and it seems very stable. The sound seems better than I thought it...

AIT shipping is NOT UPS, I had to go pick up TV from the shipper's warehouse in order not have to wait 4 more days... I guess you get what you pay for
