very disappointed

 

We purchased this machine to upgrade from our old one. Clothes quite wet after 1600 spin, on boil wash runs for 2.5 hours whites come out with black marks that were not there before. After 60 deg wash clothes do not smell fresh

Absolutely fantastic!

 

All in all I'm really pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you've got young children.

Almost silent machine, perfect!

 

After spending hours and hours reading reviews of different washers, I settled on the Hotpoint and it definitely hasn't disappointed so far. There are a fantastic range of washing and spin cycles all of which do exactly what is expected.

Extremely disappointed

 

Unfortunately I do not have anything positive to say. It was delivered on Sunday broke down on Monday. Less than 24 hours. Waiting for a Comet engineer to look at it in 8 days time.

Good choice

 

Really big load capacity, lots of variations to the wash cycles e.g. can adjust the temperature, spin speed. Also has an effective child lock. Pretty quiet spin cycle, plus a digital timer so you know how long the cycle takes. Overall very good product...

Brilliant machine. Quiet and with a great spin. Had a Hotpoint before but this is far superior. Would happily recommend to everyone.
